You'll park at the side of the building or, if that's full, the additional parking a little further away. Enter side door and use stairs or come straight down hall for the elevator to 3rd floor. There are a few chairs for you to wait in main square of 3rd floor. There are also 2 waiting chairs available to the right once you exit elevator on 3rd floor.
